8th Grade GMS Washington D.C. Information US Capitol

On Wednesday, May 4, 2022, GMS 8th graders will have the opportunity to travel to Washington D.C. and explore our nation's capitol!   We hosted an informational meeting for Parents yesterday evening (September 9) and want to make that information available to all our parents and families that could not make it to the meeting.

GMS Parent-Teacher Conferences Conferences

Garfield Middle School will be hosting their first round of  Parent-Teacher Conferences on Tuesday, September 14th from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. You are encouraged to call the office and schedule a conference with your student/s teacher.  Many teachers will be reaching out to parents as well.

Hamilton Educator Honored With Lifetime Achievement Award ohio tesol lifetime achievement

On the final day of the Exploring Words Summer Camp for our English Learners, Denise Lepe Perkins was honored with the 2021 Ohio TESOL Lifetime Achievement Award. Her impact on the Middletown and Hamilton Communities is simply immeasurable.
